Q. Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?

No, it is not available at the hotel as we are located in the middle of the lake

Q. How can go to Red Mountain winey?

Firstly, you would take a 45 minutes boat ride to Nyaung Shwe. Then you can take a 20-minute car ride to Red Mountain winery. If you are interested to go to Aye Thar Yar winery, it will take around 40 minutes by car.

Q. Is there Spa services available at the hotel?

Yes, only in-room spa services are available upon request.

Q. Are there boat services available at the hotel?

Yes, it is available for our guests. We can arrange flexible boat services for our guest; however, a two days advance reservation is required for guarantee spots. Payment is only required at the hotel for our guest’s convenience.

Where should I go for tourist attractions in Inle Lake?

There are several places you can visit in Inle Lake. To make it more convenient for our guest, we recommend two different trips and provide boat ride services: normal sightseeing and excursion to Inn Dian.

  • Normal sightseeing includes 5 tourist attraction places, which includes visiting Floating gardens and villages, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Paw Khon village to observe silk weaving, jumping cat monastery, and then Nanpam village to observe the boat workshop. The price is 27 USD** per boat and a maximum of 5 people per boat.
  • Inn Dain is a village which is the home to Inn Dain Ancient Pagodas, which are 500-year-old pagodas covered by trees and bushes. This is around a 40-minute boat ride from the hotel. The price is 33 USD** per boat.

Q. Are there trekking services at the hotel?

Yes, we plan trekking for our guests upon their request. The closest and most beautiful tracks are located at Kalaw, which is a 45-minute boat ride and 1:30 minutes car ride from the resort.

Q. Can I go out during the night for dinner?

As our resort is located in the heart of Inle Lake, boat rides during the night is not available as the boats have no lights during night time. We recommend our guest to have early dinner if they would like to eat outside or to enjoy the meals at our world-class restaurant located in our resort.

Q. Can I fish in the lake?

No, fishing in the lake is illegal for tourist

Q. Can I visit villages on the Lake?

Yes, there are several villages that would be interesting for tourist to visit. Please kindly ask our hotel receptionist for further assistance.

Q. Can I see Fisherman in the Lake?

Yes, this is possible for our guest. As fisherman go out early in the morning, we recommend our guest to leave early in the morning to see traditional fisherman at work. Please ask our hotel receptionist for further assistance.

Q. Can I check-in at a early time than the hotel check in timing?

Early check-in depends on the in-house guest’s check-out on this day. If there are no guests checking out early on this particular day, we cannot prepare the room for you in time as we can only request the guest to check out at 12:00 PM. However, if we have vacancy on that day, we will be able to check you in early for your convenience. As we try to achieve customer satisfaction, we try to fulfill all the needs of our guest, but it all depends on the occupancy and early guest check out.
