Q. I HAVE READ ABOUT JELLYFISH PROBLEMS IN THAILAND, DO YOU HAVE JELLY FISH IN NGAPALI?
We are on the Bay of Bengal, far away from the sea streams of the South. There may be some jellyfish occasionally, but there are no harmful ones.
Q. HOW DO I GET AROUND IN NGAPALI, IN ORDER TO SEE SURROUNDINGS AND TO GO SHOPPING AT LOCAL SHOPS?
We are far away from the busy streets and shopping malls, which is the very reason people come here year after year. However, to get around is easy; we rent bicycles, there are local Tuks-Tuks and our hotel cars are available to drive you around. The traffic is sparse, so it is very safe to ride a bike on the streets.
Q. OUR FLIGHT SCHEDULE MAY CHANGE LAST MINUTE, HOW DO I CONTACT AMAZING NGAPALI RESORT TO GET THE FREE AIRPORT PICK UP?
During the times airplanes land, we always have our customer service representatives at the airport, so we will not miss anybody!
Q. HOW DO I GET AN AIRPORT TRANSFER?
A complimentary airport transfer is included in the room price from Thandwe airport. You will only need to provide us with your name and flight details to onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com
Q. I AM NOT A VERY GOOD SWIMMER, BUT I LOVE TO WALK IN SHALLOW WATERS. IS IT POSSIBLE IN NGAPALI BEACH?
As Amazing Ngapali Resort have arguably the best beach of Ngapali, the beach in front of the hotel is very flat and deepens gradually. There are no drops into the deep water making it safe for amateur swimmers. We also have floats to play with in shallow waters, making it possible for you to have fun without any worries.
Q. OUR SON/DAUGHTER IS ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD AND MY WIFE IS A VEGETARIAN. DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR GO TO SOME SPECIAL RESTAURANT?
Our chefs are of International standard as many of them have worked abroad. They are used to prepare special dietary dishes so there will be no problems to provide you with a special menu to accommodate your needs.
Q. WHAT DOES THE ROOM PRICE INCLUDE?
The price shown on the website includes pay for your accommodation, which includes daily breakfast, airport transfer from and to Thandwe airport, service charge, and government tax.
Q. WHICH ID PROOFS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE HOTELS?
Please kindly show your passport/ government issued ID in order to prove you are the person who made the booking.
Q. CAN I CHECK-IN AT A EARLY TIME THAN THE HOTEL CHECK IN TIMING?
Early check-in depends on the in-house guests check-out on this day. If there are no guests checking out early on this particular day, we cannot prepare the room for you in time as we can only request the guest to check out at 12:00 PM. However, if we have vacancy on that day, we will be able to check you in early for your convenience. As we try to achieve customer satisfaction, we try to fulfill all the needs of our guest, but it all depends on the occupancy and early guest check out. Q. CAN I CHECK-OUT AT LATER TIME THAN THE HOTEL CHECK OUT TIMING?
Late check-out depends on arriving guest check-in during the day. If there are guest arriving on this particular day, a late check-out would not be possible. However, if there are no guest arriving, we will be able to give you some extra hours during your stay. Please kindly send a request to onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com.
Q. CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL, BEFORE CHECK-IN OR AFTER CHECK-OUT?
Yes, our hotel will be more than happy to assist you at our concierge service. Please kindly send a request to onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com and we will be more than happy to help you. However, please note that the hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by leaving your luggage at the hotel.
Q. HOW CAN WE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL BEDS/COTS IN THE ROOM?
Additional beds can be requested for an extra cost by sending a request to onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com. The additional baby cots is free of charge, however, due to limited quantities, please send a request to onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com to confirm the service during your stay.

Q. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF A ROOM?
The maximum occupancy of a room is three adults (or) two adults and two children under 12 years. The first children under 12 can stay for free, however, 1 extra bed is required if there are 2 children.
