Q. HOW FAR FROM THE AIRPORT IS HOTEL MARVEL LOCATED?

Located in the heart of Mandalay city, the hotel is located around 45 minutes from the airport by car.

Q. IS THERE AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, we can arrange airport transfer from and to the airport. Prices will vary accordingly to the type of car you would like. You can send a request to onlinesale2@amazing-hotel.com for assistance. Please kindly note that to arrange transfer service, 2 days advance reservation is required and payment can be done at the hotel.
HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL LOCATED FROM MANDALAY PALACE?
It is just located 5-minute walk from the Palace.
Q. IS THERE A SWIMMING POOL AT THE HOTEL?
We are sorry to inform you that there is no swimming pool at the hotel.
Q. ARE THERE SPA SERVICES AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, Spa Thukha offers a wide variety of spa services at our spa. In-room service is available upon request as well.
Q. IS THERE WI-FI AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available for our guest at the hotel. Please get the Wi-Fi username and password at the hotel reception. Please kindly note that internet connection in Myanmar is limited and occasionally have connection errors.
Q. WHAT KIND OF FOOD IS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of food, ranging from Burmese, Thai, Chinese, and European delicacies.
Q. CAN I PAY WITH MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, we accept Visa/Master cards as well as MPU cards at the hotel.
Q. WHERE CAN I FIND ANTIQUE SHOPS IN MANDALAY?
There are many antique shops near U Pain Bridge, which is located around 30 minutes away from the hotel by car.
Q. CAN I SEND POSTCARDS WITH POST STAMPS TO MY HOME COUNTRY?
Normally, we do not provide the service at the hotel. However, for our guest convenience, we will be more than happy to assist upon request. Please ask the hotel reception for further assistance.
Q. IS THERE ANY ENTERTAINMENT IN THE HOTEL?
Yes, there is a daily puppet show that starts from 7:00 PM till 8:00 PM at night. There is also a bar and grill located inside the hotel compound.
Q. WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICE?
The price shown on the website includes your accommodation, which includes daily breakfast, service charge, and government tax.
Q. WHICH ID PROOFS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE HOTELS?
Please kindly show your passport/ government issued ID in order to prove you are the person who made the booking.
Q. CAN I CHECK-IN AT A EARLY TIME THAN THE HOTEL CHECK IN TIMING?
Early check-in depends on the in-house guest’s check-out on this day. If there are no guests checking out early on this particular day, we cannot prepare the room for you in time as we can only request the guest to check out at 12:00 PM. However, if we have vacancy on that day, we will be able to check you in early for your convenience. As we try to achieve customer satisfaction, we try to fulfill all the needs of our guest, but it all depends on the occupancy and early guest check out. Q. CAN I CHECK-OUT AT LATER TIME THAN THE HOTEL CHECK OUT TIMING?
Late check-out depends on arriving guest check-in during the day. If there are guest arriving on this particular day, a late check-out would not be possible. However, if there are no guest arriving, we will be able to give you some extra hours during your stay. Please kindly send a request to onlinesale2@amazing-hotel.com.
Q. CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL, BEFORE CHECK-IN OR AFTER CHECK-OUT?

However, please note that the hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by leaving your luggage at the hotel.
Q. HOW CAN WE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL BEDS/COTS IN THE ROOM?

Q. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF A ROOM?
The maximum occupancy of a room is three adults (or) two adults and two children under 12 years. The first children under 12 can stay for free, however, 1 extra bed is required if there are 2 children.
