Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD YOU CAN USE FOR ACCOMMODATION?
- Once your booking is confirmed full payment has to be paid.
If you book your accommodation through www.amazing-hotel.com , your credit card (Visa/Master) will be charged in full upon booking. - If you make booking through onlinesale@amazing-hotel.com, two payment options are available.
One is Online Credit card payment through payment gateway. You can pay online by credit card (Master Card or Visa Card), making a secure online transaction between you and Amazing Hotels & Resorts via payment gateway company. We will send quick pay link with full amount then, you proceed by yourself so, you won’t need to provide us your card information. - Second one is making your payment by credit card. In that case, you would need to send us your card information such as card number, expire date and CVV code. Then, we will charge from your card after that we will send official receipt as evidence.
Q. HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT AT HOTEL FOR OTHER EXPENDITURES?
- Simply you can pay by cash or card at the hotel for other expenditures. We welcomed master card & visa card. We accept MMK as well but, exchange rate would be at the time of payment.
Q. HOW DO YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND?
- The deposit for high and tight period is non-refundable but, request mail can be sent to onlinesale@amazing-hotel.com for all matters related to refunds.
