  • Booking confirmation auto replied by our website booking button (www.amazing-hotel.com) , you will get booking ID as instant confirmation and you can check in at Hotel by showing that IDs.
  • Booking confirmation replied by onlinesale@amazing-hotel.com (or) onlinesale3@amazing-hotel.com is reserved under the customer’s name and we will send you official receipt after you make the payment. You can check in at Hotel by showing that receipts.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION INFORMATION FROM HOTEL?
  • We reply within 24 hours for all booking. If you make the booking through our website booking button (www.amazing-hotel.com), you will receive instant confirmation letter after payment is don
Q. HOW EARLY DO YOU HAVE TO BOOK?
  • You can book at anytime. We however recommend that you book earlier on to guarantee the availability and best rates.

Q. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Normally, cancellation policy is as per below. But, remember that some period for some hotel may have separated terms & condition that is so depending on when you book, you may not get a full refund.

Up to 30 days prior to arrival No cancellation fees.
From 30-15 days prior to arrival 50% of each cancelled room/night.
From 14-8 days prior to arrival 75% of each cancelled room/night.
No Show & within 7 days prior to arrival 100% of each cancelled room/night
Q. WHAT HAPPENS NO SHOW BOOKING THAT YOU’VE ALREADY PAID?
  • No refund will be given.
Q. HOW IS CANCELLATION A PART OF THE BOOKING THAT IS ALREADY PAID?
  • Deposit or advance payment is non-refundable but, honor for compensation depending on Management team and they will decide how much time before your check-in , you cancel your booking. Feel free to contact to onlinesale@amazing-hotel.com .
Q. WHAT IS THE CHILD POLICY?
  • As per our Child Policy, “No charge for child under 12 years (maximum 1 child) occupying same room as parents using existing bedding (Breakfast is included)”.
  • Two adults and two children [under 12 years old] case, one child is with free of charges as the parents using existing bedding, one child have to take Extra bed [including breakfast].
